Payment Policy
A fee of 3% is applied for payment made by credit card type ( Visa and Master)
All rates are exclusive of 10% tax

Deposit Policy
For online booking, a valid credit card ( Visa or Master) will be required upon booking. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received;
For offline booking via email, we require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking.
The balance of your accommodation charge (if any) will be payable at check out.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
If cancellation/amendment is made 5 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is made within 5 days, including reservations made within 7 days of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
